Build a Pizza is a pizza company with a purpose. We started with the experience in Founder & Owner, Chef D Allen’s home with her three children. She’s passionate about cooking and bringing family together. Build a Pizza created both experiences with delicious & nutritious food, fun, and the excitement of spending time with her children! In 2016, she decided to build services for every boy & girl, young and old to enjoy! Her daughter began the journey by naming the service “Build a Pizza”.
“People often ask me Why pizza? While I attended The Art Institute – of Chicago, I found my love for Italian cuisine. I loved making pizzas with my children. Especially the healthy ingredients we used to top the pizzas and make pizza rolls. I do not eat pork or beef, so ordering pizzas from other companies, my options were limited. When I created Build a Pizza, I wanted more for my customers. I wanted them to have REAL OPTIONS THAT ALLOWED THEM NOT to SETTLE!” – Chef D Allen
